Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate care team, ensuring smooth operation.
* Support residents with dressing, bathing, toileting, and mobility.
* Manage medication ordering, administration, and documentation.
* Communicate with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and team members.
* Collaborate with staff, fostering supportive environment.
* Welcome visitors and show home facilities.
* Respond promptly to emergency call bells.
* Update care plans, risk assessments, and case notes.
* Participate in staff meetings, training, and e-learning.
* Adhere to health and safety policies including COSHH.
Qualifications
* SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
* Medication training: Practical Medication Administration with competencies.
* Leadership skills: motivate, delegate, develop team.
* Compassionate nature: caring, kind, person-centred care.
