We believe great retail design is rooted in storytelling, crafted through space, and brought to life with care and passion.
What we're looking for
We're on the hunt for a 3D Creative Designer who thrives at the crossroads of imagination and space - a storyteller who can turn concepts into immersive, brand-driven retail experiences. At its core, this role is about crafting environments that speak, inspire and amaze. In close collaboration with the Head of Design, you'll take ideas from the spark of inspiration through to fully realised design intent. You'll create compelling visuals and spatial narratives that act as blueprints for experience, guiding projects from vision to reality. This role demands bold creativity and a foundational understanding of materials, construction, and the art of making. If shaping spaces that people not only see but feel excites you, this is your stage. You will be part of a best-in-class team of passionate creatives, collaborating to deliver pop-ups, brand activations and permanent retail environments to an industry-leading standard. From initial concept development to internal presentation and handover, you will bring curiosity, originality and a thoughtful awareness of how ideas exist in the physical world.
Role Pillars
Creative Concept & Narrative
As a 3D Creative Designer, you will lead the development of concept-led retail ideas rooted in brand storytelling and customer experience. You will explore narrative, mood, form and spatial language to create concepts that are emotionally engaging, culturally relevant and distinctly on-brand.
Spatial Storytelling
You will design immersive retail environments with a clear understanding of customer journey, interaction and flow. Your spatial thinking will translate abstract ideas into tangible, engaging environments, balancing creative ambition with consideration of how spaces are experienced and used.
Design Development & Visualisation
Using 3D tools, you will produce high-quality renders, layouts and visual communication that clearly articulate creative intent. You will design with an awareness of materials, scale and physicality, ensuring concepts feel considered, believable and ready to progress into development.
Creative Collaboration
You will work collaboratively with both Creative and Technical Designers as part of a wider project team, sharing creative intent and supporting the evolution of concepts as they move toward delivery. Your role is to ensure the creative vision remains clear, coherent and compelling as ideas are developed further.
Ways of Working
With guidance and direction from the Head of Design, you will own the creative output, working with clarity, attention to detail and a high standard of craft. You will confidently present ideas internally, clearly communicating the creative thinking behind your designs, to enable collaboration and creative dialogue.
Innovation As part of the KMF family, you will actively explore new ideas, materials and approaches to enhance how retail experiences are imagined and designed. You will bring curiosity and creative problem-solving to each brief, pushing ideas forward while remaining mindful of the realities of physical space.
