Job description
As a Children’s Team Manager, you will be helping your team to provide high quality individualised support to children, young people, and their families. You will take part in regular reflective meetings with your team to help with their own professional growth and skills, to ensure that the best possible service is provided for individuals.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Working with children and their families to reduce risks, build on strengths and achieve positive outcomes that promote the childs best interests
* Participate in reflective supervision meetings with your team
* Ensuring that high quality standards are maintained and championing restorative practise
Requirements:
* Social Work degree or equivalent
* Registration with Social Work England
* Experience as a Team Manager or as an Assistant Team Manager and worked within the children services
* Experience of supervising and mentoring colleagues
* Experience of leading and managing change with an organisational context
* Enhanced DBS. Dated within the last 12 months- on the update service? You could be fast tracked through our recruitment process today
* Hold a full UK licence, as well as access to own vehicle
