Senior Warehouse AV Technician (warehouse-based)
Your Duties
The overall supervision of day-by-day equipment preparation and maintenance.
* Coordinate the workflows for the preparation of equipment
* Ensure all equipment is returned on time and condition is checked and verified with appropriate paperwork
* Keep the warehouse clean
* Repair equipment
* Stock check
* Loading and unloading vans
* Highlight shortages using company policies
* Liaise with managers to ensure the strategic requirements of the business are achieved
* Accurately maintain the company’s stock control system with timely input
* Manage the Portable Appliance Testing of all owned equipment to The Electricity at Work Regulations 1989
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role in an AV warehouse (desirable)
* Experience in managing teams
* A good level of numeracy and excellent attention to detail
* Must live within easy commute of our warehouse (SE15 Area)
* You should regularly use your own initiative
* A good positive and team-oriented attitude
* Ability to work long hours on events when required
* Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues diplomatically and calmly
