Working with Flourish Medical as an Associate Dentist offers you: 500–650 UDA per month UDA rate of £15.50 which translates to £7,750–£10,075 per month Significant private earning potential with upsell opportunities On-site lab facilities to create crowns and retainers Full-time or part-time options available Supportive leadership from an experienced Principal Dentist Required Skills & Experience for this Associate Dentist: GDC registered Dentist Experience working within NHS and mixed dental settings Strong clinical and patient care skills Knowledge of dental software systems UK-based dental experience is essential Suitable for Associate Dentist, General Dentist and/or NHS Dentist As an Associate Dentist, your responsibilities may include: Providing high-quality NHS and private dental treatments Managing an established and growing patient list Identifying and delivering private treatment opportunities Creating and fitting crowns and retainers on-site Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records Working collaboratively within a supportive dental team This role is based in Lozells, Birmingham (B19), with good access from Handsworth, Aston, Perry Barr and surrounding areas.
