The RoleAs Service Supervisor, you will support the Service Manager in the day-to-day running of the service department, ensuring exceptional levels of customer service while helping to drive team performance and departmental efficiency.
Service Supervisor Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and supporting a team of Service Advisors.
- Assisting with the daily operation of the service department.
- Ensuring customers receive an outstanding level of service throughout their journey.
- Managing workshop loading and ensuring smooth workflow between departments.
