Position: English Graduate Classroom Assistant
* Start Date: September 2025
* Location: Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire
* Job Type: Full-time, long-term
* Salary: Up to £550 per week (depending on experience and assignment)
Role Overview: English Graduate Classroom Assistant
* Support students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups who require additional help in English
* Assist in raising attainment levels by delivering focused interventions
* Work with gifted students aiming for Russell Group university places
* Collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to deliver engaging lessons
* Gain valuable classroom experience to prepare for a career in education
Candidate Profile: English Graduate Classroom Assistant
* Achieved a 2:1 or higher in an English-focused degree (Language, Literature, Creative Writing, etc.)
* Strong academic grounding in English is a must
* Enthusiastic, patient, and eager to make a difference in young learners' lives
* Prior experience in tutoring, mentoring, or classroom settings is a bonus, though not required
* Long-term interest in teaching or educational psychology welcomed
