GSL Education are seeking a reliable Cover Supervisor to work in schools across Rotherham (S65, S66), ensuring lessons run smoothly and pupils remain focused and engaged. As a Cover Supervisor (CS), you will oversee pre-set lessons, support behaviour management, and maintain a positive learning environment. Prime Responsibilities: Supervise lessons and maintain order. Ensure pupils complete the work set by the class teacher. Encourage positive engagement and behaviour in the classroom. Work collaboratively with teaching staff as a Cover Supervisor. Requirements: Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting. Strong communication and classroom management skills. A confident, adaptable, and professional approach.
