Project Planner Role Purpose The Project Planner will support the delivery of ECO4 and wider funded retrofit projects, including PV and renewable installations. The role involves scheduling surveys and installations, coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors, and ensuring all works meet compliance, quality, and funding requirements. Clear communication, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities Review customer and property documents to confirm funding eligibility.
Liaise with customers to book appointments, provide updates, and resolve queries.
Plan and schedule assessments, surveys, and installations.
Support Project Managers with programme tracking and workflow coordination.
Prepare and check evidence packs to ensure compliance before submission.
Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and client portals.
Flag risks early and assist in rescheduling where required.
Contribute to process improvements and compliance reviews.
Skills & Experience Experience in project planning, scheduling, or administration (construction/retrofit preferred).
Understanding of ECO4, PAS 2035, and/or MCS is beneficial.
Confident with Microsoft Office and digital tracking tools.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Positive, proactive, solution-focused approach.
