Head of Marketing (Digital) Birmingham | Hybrid (3 days in office) Are you a data-driven marketing leader with a passion for driving measurable growth? We’re looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead a high-impact digital strategy across SEO, PPC, content and analytics — shaping the full marketing funnel from awareness to conversion. This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll define strategy, optimise performance channels, and work closely with commercial teams to drive sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned to business growth goals. Lead a unified digital marketing approach across SEO, PPC and performance channels. Manage and optimise paid search and organic search activities, including technical SEO, content strategy and analytics. Oversee PPC activity across Google, Bing and paid social, ensuring strong ROI and effective budget allocation. Establish and track key KPIs: traffic, conversions, lead quality, CPA and ROI. Drive content marketing, email automation and website optimisation. Collaborate closely with sales to align marketing with go-to-market plans and buyer journeys. Lead and develop the marketing team and/or agency partners. Manage brand, communications and presence at events and webinars. Stay up to date with digital trends and competitive insights. ✅ Skills & Experience 5 years in a senior marketing role with hands-on responsibility for SEO and PPC. Strong track record improving organic performance and managing PPC campaigns. Analytical mindset with experience using data and analytics tools to shape strategy. Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution. Experience working in B2B, SaaS, healthcare, education or professional services is an advantage.
