Job Description: Job Title: Client Delegated Reporting Team Lead Location: Birmingham Corporate Title : Assistant Vice President Regulatory Reporting Operations is a group who manage the transaction reporting completeness, timeliness, and accuracy, ensuring DB successfully reports to multiple regulatory authorities. Within the group this client facing role leads the delegated reporting that DB offers to clients. We have a focus on the accuracy of this reporting, and the ongoing relationships with these clients, and are seeking candidates who will review large data sets and make determinations on the quality and correctness of our reporting data. Where issues found, propose solutions and deliver change, whilst engaging effectively with the client and internal stakeholders to influence successful outcomes. The successful candidate will develop great understanding of regulatory rules, systems, and products, and build relationships across diverse groups. Utilise those key relationships to share best practice and consistency of approach. Articulating progress of investigations and resolution back to clients or internal Relationship Management Perform root cause analysis on clients’ reporting issues – analysing data from upstream source systems, internal reports and submissions to trade repositories, and working closely with internal departments to follow through to their resolution. Supervisory responsibility for the client delegated function, including query tracking, resource management, people development, and process design Deliver control and governance enhancements, including production of both regular and ad hoc Management Information (MI) and related analysis. You will also review team’s manual processes with view to streamline and automate.
