Bouygues Energies & Services Industry, an Equans Group Company have an opportunity for an experienced and motivated In-House Recruiter Advisor, based in Didsbury, Manchester.
This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who is passionate about sourcing top industry talent while also driving meaningful social value initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our commitment to diversity, inclusion and community engagement.
In this dual-focused role, the Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for attracting and recruiting predominantly technical professionals across a range of sectors, including Data Centres, Pharmaceutical & Life Science, Industrial Biotechnology and their associated enabling functions.
What you will deliver?
1. Build collaborative relationships with hiring managers and HR colleagues to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies
2. Proactively source quality candidates to meet recruitment requirements
3. Manage end to end recruitment processes across a range of roles ensuring a seamless candidate experience
4. Manage a candidate database and ensure an effective and efficient candidate management process
5. Provide expertise in talent sourcing and selection, including creating talent pipelines
6. Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance efficient and support business growth
7. Champion inclusive hiring practices and actively contribute to our diversity agenda
8. Lead initiatives that support local employment, including apprenticeships and skills development programmes
9. Develop and communicate an effective employment brand and EVP

Who are we looking for?
19. Skilled at building trust and strong partnerships with hiring manager, establishing credibility and rapport
20. Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies and employment law
21. Proven technical recruitment experience, ideally gained through in-house or RPO roles
22. Well versed in using multiple recruitment channels
23. Genuinely passionate about social value, community engagement and corporate social responsibility
24. Background in recruiting for the engineering or related sectors is a strong advantage
25. Be well organised, customer focused with a high attention to detail
26. Capable of adapting to changing conditions and meeting deadlines
27. MCIPD/post graduate human resources qualification (or equivalent) is desirable
