You’ll support learners to develop the technical knowledge, practical skills and behaviours needed for successful careers in the industry. What you’ll do: • Deliver engaging teaching across Civil Engineering programmes • Teach both theoretical and practical elements of the curriculum • Support learners to develop industry-relevant knowledge and skills • Assess student work and provide clear, constructive feedback • Monitor and track learner progress to support achievement • Contribute to high-quality teaching, learning and assessment • Work collaboratively with colleagues and industry partners What we’re looking for: • A qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (HNC/HND, degree or equivalent experience) • Industry experience in civil engineering or construction (desirable) • Confidence delivering to learners aged 16 • Strong communication and organisational skills • A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) • A proactive and adaptable approach This is a fantastic opportunity to use your expertise to support learners and help shape the future workforce in civil engineering.
