The role Maintenance of fixed asset register for all group companies and associated monthly postings Daily bank and credit card transaction posting with weekly bank reconciliations and daily update of debt log Identification and set up of required intercompany cash transfers Update of exchange rate file monthly and input into Sage Support month end close process, including but not limited to: General transaction posting Healthcare benefit analysis Posting of recharge journals Balance sheet reconciliations Intercompany matrix and reconciliation Accruals and prepayments posting Foreign cash count and movements/revaluation posting Assist with quarterly VAT return Assistance with AP & expenses, including AP holiday cover.
