Salary: Up to £33k, dependent on experience

Our client is a well-established nationwide business with a busy in-house design team sitting within a wider marketing function. The team works across a broad range of creative output, from print materials and digital campaigns to motion graphics and video content. About the Role
This is a varied role that blends traditional graphic design with motion and multimedia, making it a strong fit for someone who's equally comfortable crafting a well-considered layout and bringing it to life through animation.
You'll be working closely with a team of creatives and marketers, contributing to live campaigns and day-to-day design needs while having the opportunity to develop your skills in both directions. There's mentorship on offer from senior designers, and genuine scope to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Producing high-quality visuals for print and digital, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, presentations, and web assets
Designing and animating motion graphics and short-form video content for campaigns, online platforms, and internal communications
Supporting video editing and multimedia production across marketing initiatives
Developing email marketing templates, digital banners, and campaign visuals
Maintaining brand consistency across all creative output
Collaborating with the marketing team to bring campaign concepts to life
Contributing fresh ideas to campaigns, storytelling, and audience engagement
Requirements and Experience
A degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline
At least 18 months years of professional experience in a design role
Strong proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
Experience with Figma is an advantage
A solid eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling
Demonstrable experience or genuine interest in motion design
The ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly
A portfolio that shows both graphic design and motion or animation work - feel free to show ofd both print and digital experience
