Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a regional business unit specializing in fast-paced, time-critical logistics solutions. This role focuses on driving operational performance, managing customer relationships, overseeing financial objectives, and ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
Customer and Commercial Support
• Act as a senior point of contact for key regional customers within the time-sensitive logistics segment.
• Support pricing discussions and commercial negotiations for strategic accounts.
• Ensure adherence to service standards, compliance requirements, and operational procedures.
Cross-Functional and Stakeholder Coordination
• Communicate business priorities and operational expectations clearly across teams.
• Partner with internal business units to identify new opportunities for revenue growth or service improvements.
• Build strong relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize service levels and cost structures.
• Contribute operational insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Operational and Performance Management
• Execute the regional business plan with a focus on service delivery, operational efficiency, customer experience, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee contracts, commercial terms, and operational compliance.
• Monitor financial performance (revenue, margin, costs, service KPIs) and implement corrective measures when needed.
• Ensure operational activities align with global or corporate frameworks and product standards.
• Support field teams with training, product knowledge, and operational guidance.
People Leadership
• Coach and mentor employees, fostering career growth and capability development.
• Promote an engaged, high-performance culture through active leadership.
• Ensure teams understand priorities, goals, and performance expectations.
Qualifications
• Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or similar operational environments.
• 3 to 5 years in a senior Operations or Business Management role within logistics or transportation.
• Proven track record managing complex operations and solving cross-functional challenges.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to influence outcomes across stakeholders.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced, service-critical environments.
