Salary: £70K+ uncapped commission + up to 10% bonus

Must-haves:
* Proven background in tech consulting, or software solutions
* A consultative mindset – you're the person who always asks the right question
* Commercial confidence and strategic storytelling chops
* Solid experience in bespoke software, AI, cloud, and data-driven tech
* Experience in regulated sectors like energy, finance, or healthcare
* Tech/B2B sales background (you know how deals are made)
* HubSpot fluency – data-driven strategists, we see you
