THE ROLE:
You will support in delivering brand multichannel styling and seasonal product styling for all New Look owned channels: Ecommerce, email, social, and retail, while assisting with product coordination responsibilities between BMD and wider teams.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Supporting the multi-channel styling Manager and Senior Styling Manager in CRM email campaigns, selecting imagery weekly to meet deadlines.
* Updating CRM briefs with SKUs/codes reflecting imagery chosen and maintaining communication with CRM teams.
* Assisting in selecting imagery for User-Generated Content (UGC) and homepage looker sections bi-weekly.
* Supporting seasonal imagery selection for programme and site furniture refreshes.
* Cross-checking stock levels and upcoming stock intakes from shoot asset trackers.
* Assisting in selecting imagery for content plans, homepages, and paid social when required.
* Creating and inputting all brief imagery into FIGMA for creative approval.
* Maintaining product information in Trello.
* Collaborating with the brand team to share product selections across digital channels.
* Assisting with shoots: organizing looks, steaming, unpacking shoes & accessories, and preparing styling kits.
* Managing and restocking the styling kit as needed.
* Helping to pack/unpack for shoots and log footwear and accessories in the seasonal wardrobe.
* Printing styling packs for clear outfit presentation on set.
* Logging and completing carnets for shoots.
* Supporting PCM with product packs and trackers for shoots and marketing schedules.
WHO YOU ARE
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Team player with collaborative spirit.
* Focused on multi-channel retailing.
* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Ability to read and understand trackers, product intake, stock charts, and monitoring tools.
* Figma experience is optional but quick to learn digital platforms.
* Confident in busy periods, able to act swiftly and calmly under pressure.
