Summary of the Role
The freelance Creative Lead will be responsible for the creative vision and execution of the rebrand campaign.
Start Date: w/c 5th Jan
Required Skillsets and Experience
1. Conceptual & Strategic Creative Direction
* Conceptual Creative: ability to develop and own a creative concept from start to finish.
* Multi-Channel Campaign Development: Experience creating integrated campaigns Toolkits, including:
* E-commerce Photography: Deep understanding of creating high-quality product and lifestyle assets for digital retail.
* Video & Social Media: Experience directing short-form video content and creating engaging organic social assets.
* OOH: Experience creating for OOH placements.
* Influencer Activations: Ability to generate creative ideas for influencer collaborations and experiences.
2. Hybrid Production & Technical Skills
* AI-Integrated Workflows: Experience or a strong, demonstrable understanding of using AI tools to generate visual assets and blending with traditional photography.
* Photography & Videography Art Direction: Experience in leading on-location shoots.
* E-commerce Asset Expertise: Knowledge of producing a high volume of e-commerce assets (e.g., 80 SKUs, 15 PDP assets) optimised for digital performance and consistency.
