Responsibilities
* Tender Portal Administration: Search and identify tenders, complete pre‑qualification checks, set up tender files, log queries, complete questionnaires, upload attachments.
* Tender Coordination: Maintain tender planner, monitor inboxes, assist Bid Manager with data collation, update CRM.
* Tender Folder Management: Create and maintain folders, notify teams, track and report performance metrics.
Requirements
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, persuasive writing.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
* Desire to grow into a Bid Management role.
* Experience in a technical service industry (preferred but not essential).
