Limited Housing Companies Consultant - 3 month contract with potential for extension - Hybrid working 1/2 days on site - Day Rate DOE
If you have experience in setting up a Housing Company working alongside local authorities prioritising reducing numbers of Temporary Accommodation then this role is for you!
Requirements for the position:
* Direct experience with setting up a Limited Company and working both on the strategic and operational projects within the organisation.
* Previous experience managing and allocating housing stock dealing with numbers of Temporary Accommodation within the borough.
* Ideally have experience in a previous role with reviewing leasing arrangements with partnering charities.
This role can be on either a full time or part time basis.
My client is looking to conduct interviews in the first week of September for a September start.
