Role overview:
The Trainee White Goods Engineer role involves working in Stanford-le-Hope and Tilbury, on a permanent, full-time basis, with a Grade 3 salary ranging from £28,000 to £32,000 per annum. The shift pattern averages 41 hours per week over 5 days out of 7, with some Saturday work on a rostered basis, and no Sundays.
The role covers Essex and East London postcodes beginning with E and IG. Successful candidates will start on Monday, 9th June, and must be available for the initial 4-week induction and training period.

Role responsibilities include:
* Testing, diagnosing, and repairing white goods in customers' homes
* Applying technical knowledge across various appliances

Success in this role requires excellent customer service skills, positive engagement with customers, and the ability to handle heavy appliances like washing machines and dishwashers.
Minimum requirements:
* Experience in repair or installation, including working with electric or electro-mechanical products
* Basic electrical knowledge, both theoretical and practical
* A passion for delivering great customer service
* A full UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
