Job Description Job title: ELC Portfolio Support Lead Working pattern: Full time Location: Bristol (Hybrid) When you join as a Programme Co-ordinator, you’ll be part of a dynamic and growing team at the heart of our Defence programmes, supporting key national projects like GCAP. As the ELC Programme Co-ordinator, you’ll be the backbone of daily operations, providing essential support to ensure our programmes run smoothly. Your role will be pivotal in enabling efficiency and effectiveness across all our operations, contributing across a diverse mix of work packages. What we're looking for from you: Someone that is forward thinking, who looks to improve efficiencies in working practices and processes Willingness to learn and extend the role beyond the job description Someone that has good communication and engagement skills A keen interest in what we do and the desire to understand how ELC works and how their role impacts the programmes A professional approach, with a positive attitude and the ability to multi-task and be proactive A team player that prides themselves with the success of the team A professional demeanour in all situations and be able to withhold confidential information Responsibilities: Operational & Facility Support: Streamline operations, ensuring that all administrative tasks are executed efficiently. Documentation Management: Handle, organise, and store business documentation, maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality. Meeting Facilitation: Coordinate and manage customer visits meetings, organise events, training days including scheduling and preparing agendas. Communication Hub: Serve as a central point of communication, managing and relaying information between teams and ensuring clarity and consistency. The professional level and salary of the position will be dependent on the skills and experience of the successful candidate but is anticipated to be Staff Grade 6.
