We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Nuneaton at our Packed Products plant. Your role will involve supervising daily site activities, ensuring safety, optimizing labor resources to meet production and delivery targets, and adhering to management systems.
Main Responsibilities
* Coordinate weekly production schedules to meet targets
* Troubleshoot plant issues and identify improvements
* Assist with site maintenance
* Monitor production processes and adjust schedules for demand fluctuations
* Supervise production staff to ensure policy compliance, performance, and training
* Conduct regular team reviews
The Ideal Candidate
Candidates should have experience in a similar supervisory role and knowledge of:
* Production supervision
* Manufacturing processes
* Continuous improvement methodologies
* Managing multiple production lines
* Production systems and technical knowledge
* Health and Safety standards
* Plant maintenance
* Attention to detail and accuracy
