Salary: £75,675.00 to £83,646.00 (L18 to L22)

About the role - Who we are looking for
* A member of the senior leadership team supporting and leading all team members.
* Assist principals in communicating the school’s vision and driving strategic leadership to empower pupils and staff.
* Deputise as acting principal in the absence of the principal.
* Lead Deep Support across the learning community with a team of practitioners.
* Support the executive principal in leading a talented team, focusing on the quality of provisions for students, with skills to motivate and coach at all levels.
* An outstanding classroom practitioner capable of motivating staff and students, with determination to make a significant difference.
* Lead the Senior Leadership Team to promote a positive, orderly, and caring environment, working with staff, parents, and the community to enhance students' life chances.
* Ability to inspire, motivate, support, and challenge staff, pupils, and partners.
* Up-to-date knowledge of research and inspection findings on effective school leadership.
