The Company:
A market leading company with international operations
Main duties:
Ensure the smooth running of the dispatch process post-sale
The role:
- Work closely with the sales team and provide them with carriage quotes
- Book pallets and box collections for UK dispatch
- Ensure parcels are labelled correctly
- Data inputting and filling out any paperwork accurately
- Liaise with couriers, warehouse team and other departments involved in the dispatch process
- Other dispatch admin duties as and when required
The candidate:
- Fluent in a European language (written and spoken) - Ideal
- Previous admin experience - Essential
- Good telephone manner and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident and quick learner
- IT literate
