Job Title: Senior Platform Configuration Lead
Location: London / Cambridge / Londonderry / Madrid

Key Responsibilities
* Review and apply configuration changes based on technical documentation provided by platform or business teams.
* Ensure configuration input is complete, accurate, and appropriately documented before promotion across environments.
* Maintain structured audit trails for configuration changes across systems to support internal and external audit readiness.
* Coordinate global configuration schedules across platform owners and infrastructure teams in EMEA, Americas, and APAC.
* Lead post-deployment validation to confirm that changes implemented align with approved configuration specifications.
* Monitor and track configuration-related incidents and support timely remediation with evidence of corrective actions.
* Contribute to process maturity by identifying gaps in input quality, governance consistency, and documentation traceability.
* Escalate risks or non-compliance in configuration activity to relevant leads or Programme stakeholders.
* Serve as the first line of defence for platform configuration governance, ensuring readiness for PCAOB and SOX oversight.
* Support the onboarding and mentoring of junior analysts to build consistency in configuration practices globally.
Essential Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in enterprise platform configuration or system governance.
* Strong technical understanding of configuration structures and enterprise workflow dependencies.
* Hands‑on experience with large‑scale platforms such as ERP, CRM, or HR systems.
* Familiarity with internal control and audit frameworks, particularly SOX and PCAOB.
* Experience coordinating configuration changes across multiple environments.
* Ability to maintain detailed documentation and evidence to support audit walkthroughs.
* Strong collaboration skills across distributed and cross‑functional teams.
Desired Skills
* Familiarity with GRC‑integrated IT functions and configuration control processes.
* Experience with automated configuration tools or CI/CD environments.
* Exposure to ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
* Understanding of agile or hybrid project delivery models.
* Certification in ITIL, PRINCE2, or relevant enterprise architecture frameworks.
