As a Conveyancing Fee Earner, you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality conveyancing services to a wide range of clients. You'll handle your own caseload of freehold and leasehold residential property transactions, ensuring compliance, risk management, and client satisfaction at every stage.
Your daily duties will include:
1. Manage the full spectrum of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
2. Provide support to colleagues as required, including during periods of leave
3. Ensure all work is compliant with firm procedures and SRA regulations
4. Maintain high standards of client care and communication
5. Participate in ongoing professional development and training
