Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Pay: £20.80 per hour
We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a respected property maintenance contractor on a temporary basis, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance works to social housing properties in and around Stevenage and Luton
Responsibilities:
1. Carrying out a range of carpentry, plumbing, plastering and wet trades
2. Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety guidelines
3. Using a PDA or mobile device to receive and update job information
4. Working in occupied and void social housing properties, maintaining a professional and courteous attitude
Requirements:
5. Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
6. Ability to pass a Basic DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
7. Competent across trades such as Carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and decorating
8. Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
