Drive operational improvements focused on productivity, quality, and guest satisfaction. Conduct vineyard tours with enthusiasm and in-depth knowledge. Monitor budgets, optimise resource allocation, and control costs efficiently. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. About You: Proven experience in an operations management role – experience beyond hospitality and restaurants is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse teams. Commercially astute with the ability to drive efficiency and productivity. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset. Effective communicator, able to engage with team members, stakeholders, and visitors alike. Passionate about both wine production and hospitality, with an understanding of tourism operations. Confident in delivering vineyard tours and engaging with guests.
