Trilogy is Hereford's ultimate party destination – 3 rooms, massive tunes, and the best vibes in town. We're looking for a friendly, switched-on Cloakroom Attendant to join our team and keep our guests' coats, bags, and belongings safe while they hit the dancefloor.
This is a key role – you'll be one of the first and last people our guests see, so you set the tone for their night. If you're organised, quick on your feet, and love being part of a buzzing nightlife atmosphere, this one's for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Greeting guests with a smile (and maybe a joke) as they arrive.
* Taking coats, bags & belongings and keeping them safe.
* Issuing and collecting cloakroom tickets (no mix-ups allowed).
* Handling payments with accuracy – no dodgy maths here.
* Staying cool under pressure when there's a rush.
* Keeping the cloakroom tidy and organised.
* Helping with lost property when needed.
* Working with security and management to keep everything running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
* Friendly, outgoing personality – you're a people person.
* Quick, organised, and calm under pressure.
* Reliable and professional – you turn up ready to go.
* Comfortable handling cash and card payments.
* Previous bar/club/hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential – we'll train you up
