Overview
You'll be split between both HR Shared Services and Talent and Development.
The HR Shared Services part of the role supports all associate administration across the UK&I Business Units and the broader HR team. The role will own the starters, leavers, and changes process for associates in the JDE HCM module. They will provide comprehensive HR administration and general HR assistance to the UK&I HR team through timely, accurate completion of all HR administrative tasks. The key focus will be HCM maintenance in the SuccessFactors Employee Central database, managing the UK HR inbox with timely and supportive communication, associate administration including contracts and benefit platform updates. The KPI’s for the role are based on compliance with defined internal controls and procedures, timely turnaround of instructions, being the custodian of employee data in accordance with GDPR and HR data reporting.
The Talent and Development part of the role supports the talent and development programmes and processes in JDE. This role will be fully accountable for the SuccessFactors processes for the talent and development programmes. This role will also support the Talent and Development Manager in designing, implementing, and evaluating talent initiatives, providing guidance and support to associates at all levels to support and foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Responsibilities
* Own the starters, leavers, and changes process for associates in the JDE HCM module.
* Provide comprehensive HR administration and general HR assistance to the UK&I HR team through timely, accurate completion of all HR administrative tasks.
* Maintain HCM data in SuccessFactors Employee Central; manage the UK HR inbox with timely and supportive communication.
* Manage associate administration including contracts and benefit platform updates.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures; support GDPR data handling and HR data reporting.
* Support Talent and Development programmes and processes in JDE; be accountable for SuccessFactors processes for talent initiatives.
* Assist the Talent and Development Manager in designing, implementing, and evaluating talent initiatives and provide guidance to associates at all levels.
Qualifications
* Must have: HR administration experience with a high attention to detail and right first-time mentality.
* Knowledge of HR policies and procedures; experience providing advice on maternity, sickness and absence policies.
* Good IT skills with experience of HR systems, ideally SAP/SuccessFactors and ADP iHCM2 Payroll; strong aptitude for learning new systems quickly.
* Process-driven with the ability to work with ambiguity to build and evolve processes for continuous improvement.
* A passionate administrator who takes pride and enjoyment in administrative duties.
