Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Bath who are actively seeking to engage a Paralegal within Contentious Probate.
What you will be doing:
Supporting Partners within the department, you will be tasked with a wide range of duties to include;
* Dealing with new enquiries and client onboarding
* Assisting with a number of legal and administrative tasks
* Providing initial advice to clients via phone, email and video
* Drafting fee estimates, file opening letters and terms of business
* Recording client activity / progress on spreadsheets
* Adhoc duties when required including assisting in the Manager's absence
What you will need to succeed:
* Proven experience in contentious probate desirable but not essential
* Excellent communication skills as you will be first point of contact for clients
* The ability to work under pressure with ever changing deadlines
* First rate IT skills including MS Office (word/outlook and excel)
* Fast and accurate typing skills
