Key Duties
1. Multi-site role working across 1-2 practice sites in Bournemouth and nearby surrounding areas.
2. Working Monday to Saturday with a day off midweek.
3. Hours per week, with a 1-hour lunch break.
4. Provide a bespoke service with flexibility and sufficient time to cater to the customer's prescription, style, and budget.
5. Maintain a patient-centric practice focusing on service and local reputation.
6. Ensure practices have adequate stock to serve the clientele.
Package and Benefits
1. Negotiable salary dependent on experience, up to circa £35,000, plus a superb bonus scheme (2% of gross margin).
2. Closed Sundays and Bank Holidays, with no evening work.

Key Skills, Qualifications, and Client Requirements
1. Right to work in the United Kingdom is essential.
2. Registered with the GOC as a Contact Lens Optician.
3. Two years' experience is desirable, but all levels of experience from suitably qualified CLOs are considered, as the employer offers a bespoke induction program.
4. Suitable for a motivated, excellent communicator with a passion for customer service.
