Salary: £40,000 - 42,000 per year Requirements: Demonstrable commercial experience of effectively working independently as a Business Analyst. Stakeholder Engagement and Requirement Elicitation. Experience of Business Process Mapping and capturing user stories. Experienced in overseeing UAT sessions, ensuring alignment between requirements and test scenarios. Experience of a variety of analysis techniques such as SWOT, Pestle MoSCoW, etc. A base of formal Business Analysis certification such as BCS Foundation, or evidence of working towards BCS/ISEB Diploma (or similar level of accreditation). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Self-starter, driven, and comfortable with taking responsibility for change and delivery. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to think on your feet and be goal-oriented. Responsibilities: Drive business goals ensuring that they are understood and documented. Complete robust analysis in line with the overall delivery plan. Engage with stakeholders and conduct analysis. Gather requirements ensuring robust elicitation and validation. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications by engaging with internal and external stakeholders. Improve existing business processes and produce necessary artefacts. Provide solution support and conduct user acceptance testing. Conduct change impact assessments among other responsibilities.
