Hello We are seeking a reliable Virtual Assistant to support daily hiring and onboarding operations. Before moving forward, please confirm: Do you have an international calling plan? This role requires making approximately 5–10 outbound calls per day to applicants. Primary Responsibilities: Make follow-up calls to applicants who applied via Indeed Request and track completion of onboarding documents: Signed I-9 Driver's License (front & back) Social Security Card or Birth Certificate Ensure all documents are uploaded securely to our portal Maintain accurate records and status updates Prepare and send a daily/weekly spreadsheet of new hires to Tetra Tech Set up and manage a GroupMe channel for the BMC field team (onboarding, updates, coordination) Requirements: Strong follow-up and attention to detail Comfortable handling sensitive documents confidentially Organized, responsive, and able to work independently Familiar with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) Prior recruiting, HR, or onboarding support experience preferred This is a fast-moving environment and accuracy matters.
