Quantity Surveyor (Fit‑Out)
Bradford, office‑based. Salary: £45,000‑£55,000 plus car allowance, bonus, benefits, travel, medical and training & development.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on fast‑paced fit‑out projects across the UK, including shopfitting, hospitality and heritage sites.
The Role
* Work on a variety of Fit Out projects across the UK, including shopfitting, hospitality and heritage sites
* Based just outside Leeds, with regular travel to sites
* Managing full packages from start to finish
* Further training and progression supported
The Person
* Quantity Surveyor with experience in fit‑out preferred (candidate from other construction backgrounds welcomed if genuinely interested in transitioning into fit‑out)
* Can‑do attitude and team player
* Full driving licence
