Job Description
As the new quality engineer, you'll mainly be responsible for liaising with customers and suppliers by managing all aspects of NCRs and quality resolutions. This position involves building relationships with external contacts and working with them to resolve any quality issues. Additionally, you will work closely with the internal quality team to carry out root cause analysis and implement resolutions.
Relevant experience for this role includes previous quality engineering experience with a recognized qualification. This is a senior role with a strong focus on external communication. You don't necessarily need prior client-facing experience, as the company is supportive of candidates with a proactive attitude willing to step up. Motorsport industry knowledge is a distinct advantage, as it helps understand the pace of work and aligns with your interests, making it a rewarding environment. The company's quality standards are high and include specific requirements for each client, such as FAIR, PPAP, and various ISO and EN reporting standards. They work with renowned brands, primarily in the Motorsport industry, but also supply to Aerospace, MOD, and Marine sectors, emphasizing the importance of quality.
