Embedded Software Engineer - Hybrid – Contract - £500 a day outside.
We’re looking for a Embedded Software Engineer to join a consultancy team. You’ll work across a broad range of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality embedded solutions for our clients.
Your Skills & Experience:
* 3+ years of software development experience
* Medical Device Experience
* Strong embedded programming skills in C/C++
* Familiarity with embedded systems (e.g. STM32, CubeMX
* Experience with embedded OSs such as FreeRTOS, Zephyr, or Embassy
* Solid understanding of communication protocols: I2C, UART, SPI, Bluetooth LE
Desirable:
* Exposure to languages such as Python, JavaScript, Swift, Java, etc.
* Linux
* GUI development with Qt, TouchGFX, Crank
* Familiarity with tools like Git, Jira, Confluence
* Ability to work across the full tech stack, from hardware to UI
