Job Description: Graduate Teaching Assistant
Hours: 27.5 hours per week, term time only
Contract Type: 1 year fixed term
Salary: LBR 3, points 5-6
We are looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team at Oaks Park High School. This position is ideal for individuals interested in a teaching career or those wanting to complete additional training in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
By the end of the 1-year contract, suitable candidates will have the opportunity to:
* Complete a teaching apprenticeship to become a qualified teacher (earn while you learn);
* Train as a Communication Support Worker (CSW), completing BSL qualifications;
* Enrol on a Level 3 Teaching Assistant apprenticeship
