We are looking for a Finance Controller
The Finance Controller will be responsible for management and cost accounting, overseeing the finance team, managing the general ledger and sub-ledgers, and supervising all data sources interfacing with the company’s financial systems.
Key responsibilities:
1. Support the Finance Director in financial control, governance, and cash management.
2. Provide management and financial information to aid informed business decisions.
3. Handle financial and statutory reporting.
4. Ensure data accuracy from the shop floor, investigate anomalies, errors, and omissions.
5. Manage the company’s CID facility to optimize cash availability and liquidity, perform reconciliations, and assist with audits and inquiries.
6. Oversee cash management activities.
7. Ensure all transactions comply with governance standards.
You:
* Have production accounting experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably engineering.
* Possess a proactive problem-solving approach.
* Are committed to achieving optimal outcomes.
* Can lead, motivate, and develop team members.
