You will form part of a team with other senior team members and Support Workers, working together for successful outcomes for our residents. You will have additional support from the Supported Living Manager and Registered Manager.
Our ideal candidate:
* Proactive person who can use your own decision making
* Previous Senior Support Worker or Team leader experience
* NVQ level 3 or above, ideally.
* Willingness to learn and develop your skills
* Good Attitude and work ethic
* Able to work independently as well as part of a team

* Good communication skills
* A desire to genuinely help other people and make a difference
* A full UK driving licence and your own car is essential.
Key responsibilities:
* Supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.
* Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, compliance with CQC regulations and the care & support policies and procedures
* Identifying needs and preferences for each individual and providing personal care
* Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
* Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
* Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team.
