Overview

What you'll do
* Lead clinical standards and support mentorship within the practice.
* Contribute to practice development across the small animal service.
* Collaborate with a team of experienced vets, nurses, and a dedicated client care team.
Where
Based at Highcroft Veterinary Practice, with two sites:
* Hailsham (Main Practice): spacious consult rooms, radiology suite (digital x-ray and ultrasound), dedicated dental suite with dental x-ray, full in-house IDEXX lab (including Lasercyte), modern surgical theatre with operating microscope, BP monitoring, pulse oximetry & capnography, ophthalmology equipment (tonopen), separate dog and cat wards, and a large secure garden for inpatients.
* Polegate (Wellness & Vaccination Clinic): focused on preventative health and routine care.
Work pattern
* Full-time or part-time positions available.
* Saturdays on a fair rota.
* No Sundays, nights, or bank holidays.
* Working hours: 8:00am-7:00pm (Mon-Fri), 8:30am-12:30pm (Saturdays).
