What you'll be doing:
As a Process Automation Lead, you will lead, identify, manage, and deliver process automation opportunities across the operation. This role provides leadership, coaching, analysis, and strategic insight for process automation, including the design, development, prioritisation, and testing of Robotic Process Automation solutions. You will design and deliver innovative automated solutions to expand process capabilities, improve accuracy, and create efficiencies across the business. Working closely with stakeholders, you will ensure processes and opportunities are correctly identified, prioritised, and made more efficient with minimal manual touchpoints, all while ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Leadership and change management experience
2. Proven experience in identifying, designing, building, and implementing transformation opportunities
3. Defining, owning, and presenting team roadmaps and priorities
4. Experience and knowledge of working with business operation processes within a financial environment
5. Proven experience in providing and signing off business requirements
