What You Will Do In This Role
* Provide daily supervision to a group of customer engagement advisors.
* Oversee the daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring game-changers fulfill their roles effectively.
* Provide regular performance coaching sessions, team meetings, and team engagement activities.
* Utilise team strengths and mentor game-changers to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Ensure game-changer compliance with Concentrix internal policies and procedures.
* Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated customer calls as needed.
* Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients.
Your Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Team Leader or within a supervisory role is advantageous.
* ATB certified (internal applications only).
* Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Work well under pressure.
* Confident mentoring, coaching and providing development to game-changers.
* A highly motivated individual who strives to achieve performance expectations.
* Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
