The Role: You will support senior surveyors and project managers in delivering high-quality building surveying services to a diverse portfolio of clients. The role offers a great balance of professional work, including: * Preparing and managing schedules of condition, dilapidations, and building surveys * Assisting in contract administration and project management * Supporting in feasibility studies, technical due diligence, and defect analysis * Liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants across the full lifecycle of projects About You: We’re looking for someone with a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow in a collaborative environment.
