Chief Financial Officer – PE-Backed Creative Services
Location: Hertfordshire (Hybrid)
Salary: £140,000 base + bonus + equity

A fast-growing, creative services agency, with strong profitability and ambitious growth plans—including M&A, is seeking an ambitious CFO to lead its financial strategy and operations. The business has recently been acquired by Private Equity, and the CFO will professionalise and build the finance function and play a key role in the growth of the business.
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with investors, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of finance, from reporting and planning to commercial analysis, cash management, and acquisition support.
Key Requirements:
* Candidates must have prior experience in a creative professional services business
* Must be Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
* Experience as CFO or Finance Director in a PE-backed or high-growth SME
* Strong commercial and operational finance skills
* Confident working closely with boards and investors
