POSITION FOR AGRIGULTRAL ENGINEER
BASED IN WORCESTERSHIRE

What we offer:
* Competitive salary: £37,000 - £50,000+ per annum.

Key responsibilities:
* Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults on Househam self-propelled crop sprayers.
* Conduct routine servicing and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of machinery.
* Preform pre-season checks and post-season overhauls.
* Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, service reports and job cards in a timely manner.
* Provide technical advice and support to customers when needed.
* Be available to work overtime in busy periods and cover one weekend in every calendar month.
Desirable skills and experience:
* Our ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic abilities across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to fault finding.
* Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
* A high degree of self-motivation, reliability and the ability to work independently or as a team.
* Welding and fabrication skills also a massive bonus.
