We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and enthusiastic Toddler Room Leader (Level 3) for our bilingual private day nursery in Vauxhall.
Responsibilities:

Lead the toddler room, supervising and supporting children aged 1–3 years
*
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities promoting physical, social, and cognitive development
*
Ensure adherence to EYFS, safeguarding policies, and Ofsted requirements
*
Supervise meals, bottle prep, and maintain hygiene standards
*
Conduct daily risk assessments and maintain accurate records via Famly app
*
Build positive relationships with families and support children’s learning and development
*
Perform any other duties as required by management
*
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; physically able to lift and move children and equipment
Benefits:

Salary: £16–£17 per hour (£33k–£35k per annum, based on 40 hours/week)

36–40 hours/week (leaders: 40–45 hours/week, Monday–Friday)
