Strengthening Families Delivery Manager, Children’s Social Care, West Midlands Pay rate £23-30 per hour Contract role – Early Intervention and Family Support Pertemps are working with a Local Authority in the West Midlands to recruit a Strengthening Families Delivery Manager About the Role As a Strengthening Families Delivery Manager, you will: Lead and manage a staff team delivering early intervention and family support services. Hold and manage a caseload, including complex and higher risk cases. Ensure strong, effective casework that improves independence, wellbeing, and safety for children and families. Support the Strengthening Families Partnerships Manager, acting in their absence where required. Contribute to the strategic and operational development of Strengthening Families Hubs. Essential Qualifications & Experience A degree relevant to working with children and young people. Safeguarding training to Level 3 or higher. Experience within Early Intervention & Prevention. Proven ability to deliver impactful services with measurable outcomes. Experience supervising staff and supporting their development. Knowledge of safeguarding, collaborative casework, and the Team Around the Family process. Please get in touch for more information.
